BrainScan CT system

BrainScan CT is an AI system for lesion detection in the human brain based on computed tomography images. Algorithms powered by artificial intelligence analyze CT brain scans, automatically detecting and highlighting potential pathological changes. Results of analysis in the form of infographics and structured text are returned to the PACS server from which they were sent. It's a vertically positioned solution with a niche focus on the human brain only, but horizontally positioned in its ability to recognize a wide spectrum of pathological changes.

BrainScan CT - a decision support system for machine learning based interpretation of computed tomography brain scans is a CE MDR 2017/745 marked medical product - Certificate Registration No. TNP/MDR/0008/4823/2023. [read more]

CE certified BrainScan CT system was based on the analysis of more than 250 000 brain CT exams (~12.5M scans).

We revolutionized the analysis of human brain ct scans through AI. We’re saving the patient’s life.

Algorithms powered by artificial intelligence analyze scans, automatically finding potential pathological changes and point them. The results of the analysis in a form of infographic and in a structured text form are returned to the PACS server from which they were sent.

BrainScan CT is a fully seamless system integration. It is a cloud solution that we can just plug in to an existing customer platform. After the BrainScan CT system is implemented at a customer's site, the analysis results in the form of infographics and structured text are returned to the PACS server from which they were sent.

The Brainscan CT summary graphic is patent pending as an invention titled: "Pathological Anomaly Detection In DICOM Images And Generation of a Summary Image". The invention includes a novel way of presenting prediction results of artificial intelligence algorithms in the form of a clear and concise infographic that combines essential information regarding the analysed CT study.

The advantage of using a form of infographic is it’s availability in every DICOM viewer used by our customers. They are therefore visible to doctors as the next series in a DICOM file.

The results of the BrainScan AI system are completely DICOM viewer agnostic.
